By sourcing the best available products, practicing properly executed technique, and listening to the voice of his ingredients, Travis employs both art and science in his imaginative and playful gastronomic explorations. His love of tradition and focus on minutiae cultivates his earnest, craftwork approach to cookery. Considered by his peers to be a young, yet old-school, flag-bearer of culinary zeal and dedication, he continually drives himself and our team to elevate new and respected standards amongst the exploding Denver restaurant scene.



William Johnson is the restaurant’s Sous chef. With more than eight years of experience in renowned kitchens throughout Denver, Will creates and executes menus that are exuberant and inspired, yet highly focused with rigorous technique. Will is a quintessential people person and his food represents his personality; warm, open for fun, but always down-to-earth.
